My Consultation Process

To ensure your plan is truly customized, the process begins with understanding your current eating habits and lifestyle.
  • Step 1: Share Your Food Record You will share pictures or details of everything you eat for 48 hours, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages.
  • Step 2: Personal Consultation A one-on-one consultation session of 30 to 45 minutes will be conducted to discuss your health history, goals, lifestyle, medical conditions, and challenges.
  • Step 3: Customized Diet Plan Based on your eating patterns and health goals, a personalized diet chart will be prepared specifically for you.
  • To help you achieve the best possible results, the following services are included at no additional cost: Six Follow-Up Sessions (Over 3 Months) You will receive six follow-up calls over three months to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • No generic plans. No copy-paste charts. Every plan is tailored.
  • Online Workout Classes for Women You get access to Dr. Mamta’s live online workout sessions: 45 minutes daily Monday to Friday 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
